Why is my dog showing as suspended?

Your dog's profile will automatically show as suspended if their Next Vaccination Due Date has passed.

While Sniffspace no longer requires you to upload vaccination certificates, you still need to keep your dog's vaccination details up to date.

To reactivate your dog's profile, simply log in to your Sniffspace account, go to your dog's profile and update the Next Vaccination Due Date.

Once updated with a valid future date, your dog's suspension will be lifted and you can continue making bookings.
